Wow, your stuff is so cool! Where do you get all those funky charms/beads?
I strive to keep zlanarama creations as fresh and original as possible. As part of that, I make a point to seek out many different sources for my jewelry components. I’d say my single biggest source of plastic beads and charms is eBay, but that’s really more like thousands of sources in one place. There are lot of great stores from new and vintage old stock plastic beads on eBay, and it’s a great place to track down people selling off their old collection of ‘80s plastic charms. I take the clips and bells off these, and repurpose them. Speaking of thinking creatively and recycling things, another great source is often local party stores or online carnival supply stores. It’s amazing the variety of cool tiny plastic toys there are out there!
Do you do wholesale/consignment?
Not yet, but I hope to soon! If you are interested in selling zlanarama products on consignment, please contact me for further info. If you are interested in wholesale, I am not set up for that yet but if you contact me with your info I will be sure to be in touch later in 2008 or early 2009 when I have made the necessary arrangements.
Where else can I find zlanarama products?
Right now the only other place to buy zlanarama jewelry is on etsy, where I am selling some of my older discontinued styles at 25% or more off of the original price. (Prices shown on etsy are the sale price, no need to hassle with sending a note for an adjusted price!)
Where do you ship to?
I ship within the USA and internationally. Domestic shipping rates range from $1.25 to $4.75. Depending on the country and the size of your order, international shipping rates are between $2.25 and $11.00 USD. These rates cover shipping and handling costs and are subject to change.
Where is my order?
If you’re international, it’s probably just taking a while to get there. Also, keep in mind that I’m a one-woman operation selling handmade jewelry. If your item is a popular one, I may have to may up a new one for you, which takes time. If your order was placed along with tons of others, I may be swamped. Just be patient, I promise it’ll be worth the wait. :)
What happened to the raver beads/plastic chains?
I don’t sell jewelry supplies on the site anymore, but I plan to set up an etsy destash store soon to sell off plastic beads and other supplies that I’ve picked up but never gotten around to using for one reason or another.
